Job Description We are looking for a sales director who is able to manage and oversee the sales operations within Five 9s Solutions The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement plans in order to meet business targets and evaluate costs for product and services Primary Responsibilities: The ability to exceed business targets Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our base Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing companys overall sales strategy Conducting supply and demand research Mantain an accurate and up-to-date content database Meeting projects statement of work and objectives Identifying opportunities for bids Conducting and implementing bidding research The ability to perform risk assessments Crafting persuasive and detailed bid proposals Reporting and contacts Internal Contacts: VP Sales and Marketing Person specification Essential Relevant skills and experience: Proven sales executive experience The ability to meet/exceed targets Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Leadership The ability to analyze a businesss current performance and identify areas of improvement Problem Solving Skills Time Management Analytical Skills Administration Skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to maintain great client relationships Consumer Oriented Bidding Market Knowledge Essential Relevant qualifications: Degree in the relevant subject Proven sales management experience Previous experience in bids AGILE SCRUM SaaS Recruitment process Review CV/Resume for each candidate Initial telephone / online meeting (teams / Zoho / Zoom) Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests) If Applicable Technical Interview In person / online Final Interview Head of Department / Line Manager Reference check
