Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the APAC region to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to launch new products successfully.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the APAC market, including knowledge of country-specific regulations, distribution networks, and consumer trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
