Purpose/Objective


    Adani Digital Labs Private Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President-B2B Business to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, with a focus on Airport services and digital partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and developing strategic partnerships within the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    The Associate Vice President-B2B Business will be responsible for: - Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansion - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sector - Identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offerings - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients - Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets - Providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activities - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvement - Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals

Technical Competencies


    • Advanced knowledge of B2B sales strategies and best practices,• Expertise in account management, contract negotiation, and business development,• Demonstrated experience in digital partnership management and leveraging technology for business growth,• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Qualifications and Experience


    - MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience - Minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account management - Proven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships - Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals Certification Required: - Professional certifications in Sales and Account Management are preferred.
