Role Overview: As a Resource Management Director at EY, you will be part of an industry-leading, high-performing, and agile team of workforce management professionals. Your role involves providing exceptional client service to stakeholders and helping employees gain experiences aligned with their career aspirations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a large team of Workforce Management professionals, providing strategic leadership and subject matter expertise - Liaise with senior leadership on resource management decisions and lead deployment strategies - Drive compliance to RM guidelines for the assigned portfolio - Implement the Resource Management operating model within the portfolio and ensure consistent delivery on defined KPIs - Build a strong delivery framework for business leadership and stakeholders - Provide subject matter expertise, strategic thought leadership, and exceptional client service - Establish effective liaison between Resource Management, Operations, Business, and Talent for the implementation of People Supply Chain construct - Define deployment strategies, drive compliance on business rules and guidelines, and lead quality and innovation initiatives for cost optimization and business targets - Implement key process/technology initiatives, drive team engagement, team building, and skill enhancement of team members Qualifications Required: - Postgraduates with over 20+ years of relevant workforce management experience - Understanding of skills in the professional services industry, sales/deal life cycle, business models, and operational/financial aspects of service delivery - Excellent people management skills, executive presence, and ability to deliver against tight timelines - Strong business acumen and leadership skills - Domain knowledge in workforce planning, demand management, resource management, and workforce optimization - Execution skills with a focus on meeting timelines and delivering high-quality service - Solution-oriented mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong working knowledge of MS Office - Time management and analytical skills - Stakeholder management and team management skills EY is a dynamic and truly global delivery network offering fulfilling career opportunities in various business disciplines.
