As an Identity Governance Architect at Saviynt, you will play a crucial role in providing thought leadership to customers for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a focus on Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing industry-wide best solutions for customers" use cases, considering both functional and non-functional requirements - Offering consulting and advisory skills to meet customer expectations - Architecting and deploying Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to fulfill customer requirements - Designing, deploying, implementing, and integrating Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure - Following approved life cycle methodologies and creating documentation for design and testing - Interacting and coordinating with customers as needed - Providing technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers - Training and grooming top talent to become experts in Saviynt technology and Identity and Access Management (IAM) in general - Assisting the operations team as required and advocating for new features in the product - Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation - Offering technical pre-sales support for direct and partner sales teams - Providing technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation - Conducting research and leveraging knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering - 16+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products - Thorough domain knowledge on User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, user activity Monitoring, Access Certification, SOD, and Cloud Security - Direct customer interaction and management skills - Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc. - Strong consulting and advisory experience - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with RFP responses and proposals Good to have: - Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc. - Saviynt or any equivalent IGA product certification,
