As the Director of Product Management at Bottomline's Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in leading and shaping the product organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the line manager for the Product Management team in India by focusing on mentoring, skill development, and career growth. - Foster a high-performing culture by introducing modern product management practices, promoting accountability, and encouraging continuous learning. - Collaborating closely with Product Line Managers to ensure alignment with global product strategies and set priorities for the India Product Managers. - Leading the development of the maturity model for Bottomline's Global Capability Center in India, ensuring the team's skills, processes, and structure evolve to meet business needs. - Working with the Technology Transformation Leader to transition the India team to a proactive and strategically minded organization. - Championing AI-driven productivity tools and modern product processes to enhance efficiency across the global Product Management function. - Building strong relationships across functions and geographies to ensure collaboration and alignment at all levels. - Partnering with Product Line Managers to ensure the India team meets product line objectives, delivers on commitments, and drives global impact. - Cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration to strategically contribute to product vision and execution.
