About the Role

Career Bana Le seeks a highly accomplished senior business leader to take full ownership of organizational P&L across India. You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, business expansion, and franchise network productivity while establishing strategic direction, strengthening financial governance, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

This leadership role offers complete autonomy to scale a multi-unit franchise-based business model with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy

• Lead end-to-end P&L accountability: revenue generation, cost control, profitability, and EBITDA performance
• Develop strategic financial plans, forecasting models, pricing structures, and unit economics frameworks
• Design and implement performance KPIs, business dashboards, and data-driven reporting systems
• Drive financial governance and ensure consistent revenue growth aligned with organizational ambitions

Business Growth & Franchise Expansion

• Architect and scale a multi-city franchise network with aggressive growth milestones
• Evaluate and launch new geographical markets across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 locations
• Identify and develop additional revenue streams and high-margin business opportunities
• Enable franchise profitability through structured support, training, governance, and performance reviews

Operations & Delivery Excellence

• Standardize operational processes, franchise SOPs, compliance protocols, and quality frameworks
• Strengthen execution efficiency, productivity, and customer experience excellence across all centers
• Oversee partner lifecycle management including onboarding, performance evaluation, and escalation handling
• Implement best practices across all operational touchpoints

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build a high-accountability, performance-driven culture across business, sales, operations, and support teams
• Collaborate strategically with finance, marketing, technology, and talent leadership
• Provide strategic direction for quarterly and annual business planning
• Mentor and develop senior leadership teams to support organizational scaling

Experience Required

• 12–18 years of leadership experience managing P&L for fast-scaling, multi-unit, or franchise-based businesses
• Proven success in revenue ownership and aggressive business expansion
• Background from study-abroad, education services, upskilling, test preparation, BFSI distribution, retail, telecom, or franchising industries (preferred)

Education & Background

• MBA in Business, Strategy, Sales/Marketing, or Finance from a reputed institute (preferred)
• Track record of successful multi-location business management or franchise network scaling
• Experience with performance metrics, financial modeling, and operational dashboards
