1. Zonal Manager / Senior Regional Manager Developer Finance
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
Responsible for driving the Developer Finance business for the zone by managing a team of Regional Managers/Relationship Managers, acquiring developer relationships, increasing portfolio size, and ensuring quality sourcing in line with the organisation’s risk and compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for developer acquisition and loan sourcing.
Drive business targets across construction finance, project funding, and other developer-linked credit programs.
Maintain and grow relationships with key developers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor portfolio quality, credit hygiene, and adherence to policy norms.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth transaction closure.
Track market intelligence, competition activity, and new project opportunities.
Review team performance, conduct training, and ensure high productivity.
Handle escalations and maintain strong governance across the zone.
Candidate Requirements
8–14 years of experience in Developer Finance / Real Estate Lending / Construction Finance.
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
Strong market network across developers in the Mumbai/Maharashtra region.
Knowledge of credit underwriting processes, project evaluation, and legal/technical aspects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
2. Regional Manager – Developer Finance

CTC: 30-35% Hike
Role Type: IC (Individual Contributor)
Role Overview
Responsible for sourcing and managing developer relationships in the assigned region to drive construction finance and project funding business.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage relationships with real estate developers.
Source construction finance, project finance, and structured credit opportunities.
Conduct project visits, coordinate with internal credit and risk teams, and support underwriting.
Drive closures by managing the deal end-to-end—from lead identification to disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Track regional developer ecosystems and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Developer Finance / Real Estate Lending.
Strong developer network in the local market.
Understanding of project appraisal, cash-flow evaluation, legal/technical processes.
Self-driven, strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
