Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director – Performance & Lifecycle Marketing, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Director will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution, market planning, market research, marketing and sales initiatives. The role also involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving growth and engagement within the aviation, aerospace, and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Marketing
• Competency in conducting Market Research and implementing Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Relevant experience in the aviation, aerospace, or defense industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
