Job Description

As a Director, People Consulting, APAC at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in leading and evolving the APAC People Consulting team while acting as a strategic partner to regional leadership and PPL Stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing Regional People Strategy by aligning with Global PPL and business priorities, translating them into actionable strategic priorities for the APAC region. - Serving as a strategic partner for regional leadership to align activities with business needs and translate people plans into regional outcomes. - Providing leadership guidance in areas such as local leadership pipeline development, location strategy guidance, and organizational design. - Leading and developing the regional People Consulting team to ensure competent, impactful, and scalable services are provided. - Participating in Global People Consulting Leadership team meetings to align capabilities and services globally. - Overseeing Manager Enablement activities to provide support on talent issues to people managers and leaders. - Managing Employee Relations work across the geo to ensure compliance with local laws and provide coaching on complex ER and performance issues. - Championing regional needs and overseeing the local implementation of workforce and people plans. - Driving plans to support regional growth and transformation and providing executive and leadership development coaching. - Understanding and analyzing data on workforce needs and trends to represent to key stakeholders. - Partnering with geo and global COEs to provide SME support across the geo and ensure global consistency for all People and Places programs. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience leading a team of HR professionals across multiple countries in APAC. - Strong knowledge of talent market trends across APAC, especially in India. - Experience leading in hi-growth environments and both partnership and services models. - Strong Employee Relations knowledge and ability to apply employment legal requirements across APAC. - Consultative approach to diagnose, coach, and problem solve on talent topics. - Analytical and innovative mindset to transform and develop the APAC People Consulting function. - Ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of partners.
