Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account managers to drive revenue growth across an existing $5M portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Implement QBRs, success plans, and roadmap alignment strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach account managers, define KPIs, and ensure quota attainment.
  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create value-driven solutions.
  • Use dashboards to assess campaign performance, user adoption, and revenue influence.
  • Develop sales playbooks for upsell, renewals, and churn reduction initiatives.
  • Support lead generation through account mining and referrals.

What You Bring:

  • 12+ years in SaaS sales, including 6–8 years managing sales/account management teams.
  • Strong track record in growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving NRR (Net Revenue Retention).
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer business models.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in dashboards and reporting.
  • Proven leadership ability in managing teams and global stakeholders.
  • Startup mindset with agility, speed, and customer focus.
