Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of account managers to drive revenue growth across an existing $5M portfolio.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
Build long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Implement QBRs, success plans, and roadmap alignment strategies.
Recruit, mentor, and coach account managers, define KPIs, and ensure quota attainment.
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create value-driven solutions.
Use dashboards to assess campaign performance, user adoption, and revenue influence.
Develop sales playbooks for upsell, renewals, and churn reduction initiatives.
Support lead generation through account mining and referrals.

What You Bring:

12+ years in SaaS sales, including 6–8 years managing sales/account management teams.
Strong track record in growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving NRR (Net Revenue Retention).
Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer business models.
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in dashboards and reporting.
Proven leadership ability in managing teams and global stakeholders.
