Job Description

You will be the General Manager of Operations at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, responsible for overseeing operational performance and efficiency across multiple properties in a designated area. Your role involves collaborating with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment with company standards, policies, and objectives, while focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational effectiveness. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. - Provide visionary leadership to property managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Conduct regular property inspections and audits to maintain quality standards and address operational issues. - Champion a guest-centric approach to hospitality, focusing on exceptional service and personalized guest experiences. - Monitor guest feedback and reviews, collaborating with property teams to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage annual operating budgets for properties, ensuring alignment with financial goals. - Analyze financial performance data, identify revenue opportunities, and implement cost-control measures for profitability. - Recruit, train, and mentor property managers and operational teams to foster professional growth, teamwork, and excellence. - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development initiatives for team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 18-20 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-property leadership role. - Proven track record in managing and optimizing operations within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue management. - Thorough understanding of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices.,
