Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient processes. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer service, analyzing operational data, and leading a team to meet company objectives.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
