Job Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

   :

• Oversee and manage the complete operational aspects of a new project, ensuring it is executed within the defined budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
• Streamline and optimize project operational processes to ensure efficient, sustainable delivery aligned with company goals.
• Monitor project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as progress, cost, risk, and quality control to ensure tasks are completed on time.

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

   :

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategic plans and ensure the operational execution of these strategies.
• Ensure the new project aligns with overall business objectives and support team members in understanding and executing the company’s strategic vision.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

   :

• Lead cross-functional teams, driving effective collaboration and communication to ensure project success.
• Recruit, train, and manage team members, fostering their growth and career development.
• Enhance team cohesion and morale through effective communication and leadership.

1. Budget & Resource Management

   :

• Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals.
• Assess and manage resource needs at different project stages to ensure optimal deployment.

1. Client & Vendor Relationship Management

   :

• Manage relationships with clients and external suppliers to ensure product and service delivery meets quality standards.
• Address client needs, feedback, and issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Risk Management & Problem Solving

   :

• Identify potential project risks and develop prevention plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve challenges and issues proactively, offering creative and effective solutions.

1. Reporting & Analytics

   :

• Regularly report on project progress, results, and challenges to senior management.
• Provide data analysis and actionable insights to help optimize operational processes and inform strategic decision-making.
