Monitor project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as progress, cost, risk, and quality control to ensure tasks are completed on time. Strategic Planning & Execution : Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategic plans and ensure the operational execution of these strategies. Ensure the new project aligns with overall business objectives and support team members in understanding and executing the company’s strategic vision. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams, driving effective collaboration and communication to ensure project success. Recruit, train, and manage team members, fostering their growth and career development. Enhance team cohesion and morale through effective communication and leadership. Budget & Resource Management : Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial goals. Assess and manage resource needs at different project stages to ensure optimal deployment. Client & Vendor Relationship Management : Manage relationships with clients and external suppliers to ensure product and service delivery meets quality standards. Address client needs, feedback, and issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty. Risk Management & Problem Solving : Identify potential project risks and develop prevention plans to ensure smooth project execution. Resolve challenges and issues proactively, offering creative and effective solutions. Reporting & Analytics : Regularly report on project progress, results, and challenges to senior management.
