Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement the program's strategic plan, aligning it with the overall goals of the business school and university. Curriculum Development and Management: Oversee the curriculum, ensure it's relevant and up-to-date, and incorporate innovative teaching methods. Faculty Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty members, ensuring they meet the program's standards. Student Support and Success: Provide academic advising, mentor students, and support their career development. Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure the program meets accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB) and complies with relevant regulations. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the program's budget, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with alumni, employers, and other stakeholders. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data on student performance, program outcomes, and rankings. Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified students and build the program's reputation.
