About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transaction advisory assignments from conceptualization to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on  structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
