Role Overview: As the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Pune, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
