Job Description

Lead the Digital & Web Strategy implementation to strengthen hotel web performance across the India Region.
Drive Direct Digital Marketing initiatives including SEM, website animation, microsite development, localized campaigns, social media, and OTA marketing programs.
Optimize Indirect Digital Marketing through strategic OTA partnerships, ensuring rate parity and compliance with Accor s Best Price Guarantee.
Provide ongoing support to hotels on digital marketing strategies; conduct audits, workshops, and implement training programs to enhance digital capability.
Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of PPC, display, metasearch, and email marketing campaigns, tracking online performance across all channels.
Uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards in alignment with Accor s global policies and ISO certifications.

Qualifications

Master s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required with Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEM, OTA programs, and social media strategies.
Proven track record in driving digital performance and managing large-scale online campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry will be an added advantage.
