With $16M in Series A funding from top investors like Accel and Vertex Ventures, we are rapidly expanding our reach and offerings: - Launched innovative AI-powered Image, Video & 360 solutions for Automotive dealers - Introducing Gen AI powered Automotive Retail Suite for Inventory, Marketing, and CRM - Successfully onboarded 1500+ dealers in the US, EU, and other key markets - Aim to onboard 10K+ dealers globally out of 200K+ dealers - A team of 150+ members with a strong focus on R&D and GTM As the Director of Customer Success for the US Market at Spyne, you will be responsible for leading our US CS team and overseeing the post-sale journey for dealers in the United States. This high-ownership role based in India with alignment to US time zones will involve managing a team dedicated to delivering a personalized customer experience using AI technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of CS professionals supporting US-based dealerships - Manage the entire post-sale journey including onboarding, support, and renewals - Develop scalable processes, review structures, and training programs for US clients - Utilize Spynes AI stack to enhance onboarding, support, and engagement - Implement playbooks and automations to improve customer experience and efficiency - Drive renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) from US accounts - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer success - Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor key metrics for continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS or AI-first companies - Minimum 2 years in team leadership or CS operations roles - Proven track record of driving customer outcomes in US-based B2B accounts - Strong process mindset with experience in managing renewals and support metrics - Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Intercom, or Zendesk - Ability to work full US shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST) - Excellent communication, escalation handling, and stakeholder management skills **Additional Company Details:** - Spyne offers a category-creating platform that reshapes global auto retail through GenAI - This role provides an opportunity for high-impact leadership and career growth in a dynamic environment - Join a performance-driven culture that values execution, initiative, and impact - Work with industry-leading platforms and a skilled, collaborative team - Accelerate your career by scaling a CS team in one of India's most exciting AI startups At Spyne, excellence is not just a goal; it's the standard.
