We re looking for a
Director of Community
to build, scale, and energize aproduct-led community around AI agents. You ll own our cohort programs, webinars, offline events, and course content engine end-to-end, turning community into a true growth lever. What You ll Do
Cohorts & Webinars (E2E Ownership):
Design curricula, recruit speakers, set goals, build landing pages, run ops (reg reminders live recordings), and drive post-event nurture.
Offline Events:
Plan and deliver meetups/workshops/roadshows: venue, agenda, partners, budgets, on-ground ops, and post-event follow-ups.
Course Content Engine:
Ship high-signal course content weekly (posts, shorts, guides, case studies, newsletters); create speaker clips and UGC loops from cohorts and events.
Community Ops:
Stand up and scale spaces (Circle/Discord), run rituals, moderation, and ambassador/evangelist programs.
Partnerships:
Co-host with relevant communities, schools, and ecosystems to expand reach and credibility.
Team Leadership:
Manage volunteers/contractors (design, video, ops) and mentor community managers. Must-Haves
Proven program ownership
of cohorts and webinars end-to-end (you ve shipped multiple, not just supported).
Offline event experience
(you ve run meetups/workshops with measurable outcomes).
Hands-on content creation
(writing + basic video/edit/design via Canva/Adobe).
Working knowledge of the AI agentic space:
agents, prompts, evaluation, LLMs basics; ability to translate technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
Tool fluency:
Zoom/Airmeet, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation), Circle/Slack/Discord, Notion, basic analytics (GA4/UTM discipline). 2 to 3+ years in community/edtech/product-led growth
