🔎 About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead and grow sales operations for a premium catering business in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, banquets, or large-scale catering, with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and premium clientele
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycles for weddings, corporate events, and bespoke catering services
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure seamless coordination with operations and culinary teams for event execution
• Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, high-end banquets, or catering sales
• Strong network within Jaipur and surrounding regions (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value events
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
