Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nashik for a Director at K. V. N. Naik S. P. Sanstha's Industrial Training Centre. The Director will oversee the overall operations of the training center, including academic and administrative functions, staff management, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities involve formulating and implementing policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, overseeing curriculum development, and fostering partnerships with organizations and stakeholders. The Director will also drive initiatives to enhance the reputation and effectiveness of the center while managing and mentoring teams. While the role primarily requires on-site work in Nashik, some remote work is allowed.

Qualifications
