Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

strong experience in Internal IT Operations


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    internal IT infrastructure operations

    across Cloud (Azure/AWS), servers, storage, and networks.
  • Ensure

    governance, compliance, and audit readiness

    across all global IT operations.
  • Manage

    service desk operations, workforce utilization, and process excellence

    for internal IT teams.
  • Lead and mentor operations staff to drive

    automation, efficiency, and operational maturity


Requirement

  • 12–15 years of experience

    in IT infrastructure and internal operations (non-delivery).

  • Current or prior experience in an IT Services organization is mandatory.

  • Strong expertise in

    Azure/AWS operations, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management

    .
  • Certifications such as

    ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architect

    are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required
