The Innovation and Marketing PMO plays a pivotal role in driving the innovation agenda and marketing prioritization for the INSWA Operating Unit, focusing on delivering fewer, bigger, and better initiatives. The role leads the innovation pipeline, governance routines, and cross-functional collaboration with global, regional, and system partners to ensure growth-focused outcomes. It involves sharing best practices, streamlining resource allocation, and leveraging project management tools to maximize impact. With deep expertise in marketing, innovation, and agile execution, it fosters a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and operational excellence.
Focus, Scope And Impact
- Support and facilitate the INSWA innovation process to deliver an aligned INSWA Innovation Pipeline with a focus on fewer, bigger, better initiatives.
- Establish and manage a future-fit innovation model in collaboration with all functions, system partners, Operating Units, and Global teams, including the use of relevant global tools and platforms.
- Share learnings and transfer successful cases (“lift and shift”) to encourage networked experimentation and accelerate non-duplicative learning.
- Manage governance routines for innovation, including Operating Unit Gates, Innovation Pipeline Reviews, and Post Launch Reviews.
- Lead periodic reviews of the innovation pipeline with senior management to ensure initiatives meet required growth contribution targets.
- Partner with Marketing Leaders and Finance to optimize allocation and tracking of marketing resources.
- Coordinate across all marketing subfunctions on ABP planning to ensure prioritization of the highest impact projects.
- Ensure proper and effective use of innovation project management tools and systems (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
- Build strong relationships within and beyond the marketing team to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Requirements
:
- Robust experience (10+ years) in Marketing, Innovation, Project Management
- Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, is preferred
- Business / commercial / financial acumen
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Passion, curious and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside
- Ability to lead very complex projects and influence critical external stakeholders
