Director-HR

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership in alignment with the goals of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies to support institutional growth and academic excellence. - Advising senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and policy formulation. You will also lead recruitment initiatives for faculty, administrative, and leadership positions, oversee workforce planning and succession planning, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent. In terms of performance management and capability development, you will be expected to: - Strengthen performance management systems to encourage continuous improvement. - Lead Learning & Development initiatives focused on faculty and staff capability-building. - Develop leadership development programs and professional training modules. Furthermore, you will lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and digital HR tools, ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and university regulations, and establish transparent and efficient HR processes for grievance redressal, employee relations, and policy governance. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resource Management/General Management from a recognized university. - Ph.D. in HR/Management (Desirable). Experience: - 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a university or educational institution (mandatory). - Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. - Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation and manage digital HR systems.,
