Job Description

Build, scale, and inspire global engineering teams across RTL, DV, DFT, and PD, creating a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Establish, grow, and lead SoC execution teams in India to become a cornerstone of the company s semiconductor execution strategy.
Own the delivery of platform driver devices, ensuring end-to-end execution from concept through silicon bring-up.
Partner with external IP vendors to negotiate and track deliverables, quality benchmarks, and schedules.
Align closely with internal IP teams to drive reuse, standardization, and seamless integration.
Collaborate with EDA vendors to optimize flow efficiency, influence roadmaps, and resolve scaling challenges.
Work with program managers to deliver against complex schedules, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure clean execution.
Serve as a trusted technical interface with customers, translating needs into execution strategies and delivering world-class results.
Implement metrics-driven program health tracking, risk management frameworks, and silicon readiness processes.
Act as a thought leader and strategic driver of organizational growth, technology adoption, and execution discipline.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications :

Proven track record in leading SoC/platform execution and managing large cross-functional semiconductor design organizations.
Demonstrated success in building organizations from the ground up, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams for execution success.
Experience in working with third-party IP suppliers, EDA vendors, and customer-facing engagements.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and align multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep technical expertise across RTL, DV, DFT, and PD methodologies, with strong industry knowledge of SoC design flows and IP integration.
Global leadership experience, with ability to grow and lead engineering teams in India as part of a worldwide delivery model.
