1. Organize & Update engineering department in order to achieve business targets and improve profitability.
2. Effective co-ordination with external agencies related to procurement & services.
3. Ensure all incoming engineering material based on purchase specification.
4. Maintain history of stationary & rotating equipments etc. Conduct root cause analysis of breakdown and rectifying the same.
5. Comply with statutory requirement pertaining to maintenance & utility.
6. Ensure un-interrupted supply of steam & utility to plant by taking care of utility operation.
7. Provide technical support to all department by deciding priority in order to safety and production.
8. Monitoring monthly expense and inventory for spares and service
9. Develop & implement effective preventive maintenance procedure.
10. Effective monitoring and review of material consumption
11. Execute & review department objectives & achievement.
12. Implement ISO / IMS procedures to meet quality requirement.
13. Review, update & maintain quality documents & records.
14. Training of subordinate for standard maintenance practice and IMS
15. Monitor yearly organizational targets/goals defined by management.
16. Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of engineering department.
