Job Description

Performance Indicators)
Analysis of breakdown, failures, corrosion and chronic problems in the Plants.
Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares.
Planning and co-ordinating the procurement and follow-up of piping, equipments & materials required for project work at the unit.
To co-ordinate with various contractors, consultants to ensure smooth and fast working.
Optimization of Departmental Inventory, budgetary planning and reduce the R&M cost.
Studying new jobs being implemented for expansion, modification, Capex jobs and Six Sigma initiatives.
To conceptualize / implement schemes related to environment in the specified area.
