Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven
Director of Data Informatics Management
to lead the execution and delivery of our enterprise Master Data and AI initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for establishing a single, trusted source of truth across critical data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Person, leveraging the latest NOW and AI technologies and enabling business agility through clean, consistent, and governed data. You will work closely with cross-functional business and technology leaders to accelerate data readiness for business outcomes like revenue, pipeline, operational efficiency, compliance, and AI/analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Own the delivery of Master Data initiatives from implementation through business adoption leveraging the NOW platform and related technologies
- Lead Master Data workstreams with clear timelines, milestones, and accountability; ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope and budget
- Break down complex requirements into rapid, incremental delivery sprints (Agile mindset).
- Drive issue resolution and escalate roadblocks with urgency to maintain momentum.
- Partner with business and DT leaders to ensure alignment between Master Data initiatives and business outcomes.
- Advocate for data as a strategic asset and champion data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and lead enterprise Master Data governance policies, stewardship programs, and data quality standards.
- Define ownership, accountability, and controls for master data domains.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Master Data solutions including data models, taxonomies, hierarchies, and reference data.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for data quality and master data lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and usability.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture on Enterprise Standards and Reviews
- Work closely with product management teams to translate stakeholder feedback into product features and improvements.
- Partner with Functional and Engineering Leads across DT and business teams in the US and India to deliver high impact and high velocity programs from India
- Deliver integration programs for Master Data with enterprise applications
- Lead the roadmap for Master Data tool enhancements and scalability
- Evaluate emerging technologies and third-party solutions to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion adoption of new tools, architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices), and automation practices that support scalability and agility
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals including data engineers, quality engineers and analysts
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
