This role reports to: Head - Digital Analytics & Measurement

In this role, your goals will be:In Three Months

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client s data ecosystem and existing data reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with client, internal teams & stakeholders to identify key priorities and opportunities for data-driven strategies.

In Six Months:

  • Become a SME to the client with actionable insights using Datorama dashboards.
  • Maintain and optimize weekly, monthly dashboards in Salesforce Datorama
  • Create and implement new campaign dashboards based on market requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of dashboard updates and modifications
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshooting of dashboard functionality
  • Collaborate with market teams to understand and implement dashboard requirements
  • Focus on Data Quality & Reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all dashboards
  • Develop and maintain data quality control processes
  • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies

n Twelve Months:

  • Establish data reporting and visualization solutions that drives measurable business outcomes to the client.
  • Optimize and automate data reporting and deliverables where all possible.

What your day job looks like at WPP Media:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data reporting using Datorama dashboards with business objectives.
  • Oversee data collection, integration, and segmentation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize targeting and messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and personalization.

What you ll bring:

  • Strong background in data management, analytics, visualization and understanding on digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Datorama, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (Reporting) & MS Excel.
  • Proven track record of delivering data management and dashboarding solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduation/Post graduation in science/computer science/media & marketing.

Good to Have Certifications

:
  • Salesforce Datorama/Alteryx/Tableau/Power BI/Google Analytics 4/Adobe Analytics.
