The Opportunity

The Director - Data Analytics will drive business growth and enhance our shared services. You will lead both technical and business initiatives to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions, working closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure smooth execution.


The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the design and integration of analytics solutions across business units, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
  • Enable rapid deployment of analytics capabilities for global clients, turning data into actionable insights and improved outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a global team of experts to deliver strategic, scalable data and analytics solutions.
  • Help businesses overcome challenges from legacy systems and fragmented technologies by implementing robust data and digital platforms.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and complex projects from inception to delivery with strong project management skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver business impact in dynamic environments.


The Requirements

  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; proactive and detail oriented.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence peers and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
