Role Overview: YES (Yield Engineering Systems, Inc.) is looking for a Director of Customer Success to join their team in Coimbatore, India. The Director will be responsible for managing a small team and supporting the company's strategies and processes for sales operations. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and business units to increase sales and revenue through sales process optimization. The ideal candidate should be smart, energetic, and team-oriented, with a focus on analyzing market trends and staying up to date with industry developments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales pipeline, workflow, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the executive team. - Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. - Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales lifecycle. - Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, statistics, or related field. - Proven experience as a successful Sales Operations leader or in a similar leadership role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in sales forecasting, planning, and compensation management.
