Director Customer Success

As the Director of Customer Success at YES (Yield Engineering Systems, Inc.), your primary role will be to manage a small team and support the company's strategies and processes for sales operations. You will work towards increasing sales and revenue through sales process optimization. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, and business units, you will stay updated on market trends and industry developments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales pipeline, workflow, and processes to optimize end-to-end sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. - Support supplier change management processes as needed and facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments. - Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and report findings periodically to the executive team. - Utilize data analytics for sales forecasting to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans, monitor performance, and implement adjustments as needed. - Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies, oversee their implementation and management, and ensure seamless integration and functionality with IT. - Develop and present regular reports to senior management highlighting key performance metrics and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, statistics, or a related field. - Proven experience as a successful Sales Operations leader or in a similar leadership role demonstrating an understanding of sales operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and implement sales technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills along with experience in sales forecasting, planning, and compensation management.,
