Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Director - Corporate Innovation. The individual will lead and develop corporate innovation strategies, design and implement innovative business solutions, and foster collaborations among corporate organizations, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing innovation programs, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals, and overseeing the creation of systems that encourage innovation within supported entities. The successful candidate will also drive impactful projects, support cross-functional teams, and serve as a thought leader in the innovation space.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and insights to inform impactful decisions.
• Program Management and Project Management expertise to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively and ensure project execution within timelines and budget.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning to create and implement long-term innovative strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience in Consulting to provide expert advice and collaborate effectively with stakeholders on corporate and entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and build collaborative partnerships.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in leading innovation programs or roles within corporate or entrepreneurial settings.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a strong advantage.
