Director - Business Development (Outsourcing Services)

Role Overview: As the Director - Business Development Manager at IMC Group, you will play a crucial role in the outsourcing division. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base of the Outsourcing Division. - Identify new business opportunities and industry trends to drive revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to customize outsourcing solutions to meet client requirements. - Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, setting clear objectives and providing guidance. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new market opportunities. - Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches customized to specific client needs. - Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the outsourcing division and make strategic adjustments as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualification Required: - 12 to 15 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role within the outsourcing industry, preferably in advisory or consulting services. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. - Strong network and relationships within target industries and regions to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. - Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
