Role Overview: As a Director in the Customer & Operations (C&O) Advisory practice at KPMG in India, you will lead strategic transformation engagements across industries, assisting clients in unlocking growth, optimizing operations, and driving data-backed decision-making. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, playing a pivotal role in implementing solutions and shaping enterprise-wide strategies to deliver measurable impact. The practice focuses on driving growth strategy, revenue enhancement, operating model design, and business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Client management and engagement delivery - Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across the Automobile sector and diversified sectors. - Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM/RTM strategy, and enterprise sales. - Deliver high-impact solutions leveraging core consulting skills and functional expertise in sales & marketing. - Strategic Growth & Business development - Identify and shape new opportunities aligned with client priorities. - Drive proposal development, solutioning, and project delivery. - Practice Development - Champion thought leadership in the auto sector. - Mentor and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Oversee project governance, risk management, and financial performance. - Internal initiatives & compliance - Ensure compliance with Firm's processes and policies such as Goal setting, performance development, L&D, timesheets, risk processes, etc. - Participate in and lead firm initiatives - L&D, recruitment, and thought leadership. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of consulting experience, or top-tier strategy firms. - Proven track record in leading transformation programs in the Automobile Sector. - Deep expertise in market entry and growth strategy, GTM/RTM strategy, and sales/market share enhancement. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - MBA/PGDM from a premier institute preferred; Engineering background preferred.,
