Work Model: Hybrid (Hyderabad-based with travel).The Mission: Build a Legacy in Drone, Robotics, and AI EducationWe are looking for a Director, Academic Partnerships & Strategy to leverage their deep understanding of the academic landscape and their extensive network to forge strategic alliances with schools and colleges. This role is not just about partnerships; it's about co-creating the next generation of STEM education models, aligned with the spirit of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Director, Academic Partnerships & Strategy, you will be the driving force behind our academic outreach and program excellence:Strategic Partnership Development: Initiate, build, and nurture high-level partnerships with International Schools, K-12 institutions, and Higher Education colleges across India to integrate Drone and Robotics programs. Target: Secure 25+ institutional partnerships in the first year.Program Leadership & Scaling: Lead the successful implementation and scaling of our innovative Drone & Robotics education programs, workshops, and inter-school competitions, ensuring academic rigor and student engagement. Target: Achieve 5,000+ student enrolments across all programs within 24 months.Curriculum Co-creation: Collaborate with our technical and academic teams to design and refine curriculum content, ensuring seamless alignment with NEP 2020 mandates, global STEM frameworks, and future-ready skills.Brand Advocacy & Representation: Act as the primary academic representative for Aspire Drones at national and international education expos, academic forums, and leadership conferences, elevating our brand's credibility.Institutional Strategy: Develop and execute long-term strategies for institutional collaborations, market penetration, and scaling our educational initiatives to achieve national impact.
