Direct walk-in drive for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition (IJP Hiring)

Internal Job Posting (IJP) hiring

Key Responsibilities

IJP Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all

    IJP requisitions

    – from posting, screening, coordination, selection, and offer rollout.
  • Publish IJP openings on internal channels within defined timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to internal movement policies and eligibility criteria.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business SPOCs to identify potential internal talent for open roles.
  • Maintain and update IJP dashboards, trackers, and reports regularly.
  • Drive hiring closures within defined

    TAT and quality standards

    .

Stakeholder & Coordination Management

  • Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand manpower plans and forecast internal mobility needs.
  • Coordinate with interview panels for slot management, feedback collection, and selection finalization.
  • Provide weekly and monthly hiring status reports to management.
  • Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the process.

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with IJP and recruitment SOPs.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Track key metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and movement success rates.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of internal hiring / IJP processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in using

    ATS

    .
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in

    Excel and MIS reporting

    .
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education:

    Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • Assistant Manager (TA – IJP): 5–6 years in Talent Acquisition or Internal Hiring.
    • Deputy Manager (TA – IJP): 7–9 years with experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to

    volume hiring / shared services / healthcare / contact center

    hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Experience handling

    internal movements, redeployments, or IJP programs
