Role Summary

Direct Taxation Manager with strong Transfer Pricing expertise

Key Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing Priority Focus

Lead
Transfer Pricing compliances
, documentation, and certifications
Monitor and manage
international transactions
and TP policies
Handle
TP audits, assessments, and litigations
Coordinate with consultants for
benchmarking studies and TP reports

Direct Tax Compliance & Audits

Manage
Income Tax returns, Tax Audits, and Statutory filings
Handle
direct tax assessments, appeals, and notices
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors

Tax Accounting & Reporting

Ownership of
current & deferred tax accounting
(Ind AS / GAAP)
Ensure accurate
tax provisioning and GL management
in ERP
Support internal, statutory, and group audits

Tax Planning & Advisory

Identify
tax optimization opportunities and risk areas
Advise management on
structuring, transactions, and compliance gaps

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with
Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, and Treasury
Guide business teams on
tax implications of operational decisions

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in
Transfer Pricing & International Taxation
In-depth knowledge of
Direct Tax Laws & Litigation
Manufacturing / MNC exposure preferred
Experience with
SAP or similar ERP
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
