Job Description : Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Senior Executive Corporate Tax. The role would be on third party roles for a fixed term contract (12 Months Contract). Reporting to the Assistant Tax Manager- India, this role will be responsible for all the Direct Corporate Tax affairs of India. The responsibilities include tax compliances and tax advisory. This position will be based in Mumbai, India. As a Senior Executive Corporate Tax you will: Tax compliance Undertake tax compliances in timely manner, including Transfer Pricing and Tax audit compliances; Work with other departments, to ensure provisional payments are made as required; Work with external consultants; Work on quarterly tax provision ( ASC 740 ), tax contingency ( FIN48 ), cash tax requirement and other required tasks; Work on Direct tax assessments and litigations including preparation of submissions; Prepare Tax audit schedules and ensure timely filing of Tax audit report; Preparation and filing of income tax return with computation of total income, analysis and preparation for Form 3CEB, Master file; Adhoc compliances as required; Tax Consulting Work on cross border transactions, tax treaty benefits availability and other regular issues; Assist the Manager on other adc-hoc projects What skills and experiences are we looking for? Qualified / Semi- qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with prior experience in Tax Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a consulting firm and/or multinational company Knowledge and experience in taxation matters as well as basic understanding of accounting Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral & written) Possess strong interpersonal skills Ability to work to meet deadlines in an accurate manner Advanced knowledge and ability to work on Microsoft tools, SAP Good analytical and numerical skills What can we offer?
