Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and directly acquire customers through company-provided platforms, references, and self-sourcing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth. Explain product features, benefits, and suitability based on customer requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate / HSC with relevant sales experience. 1–5 years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
