Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in India with a focus on Indian BPO, Captive Sights and Corporations. As a Direct Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering product presentations, building customer relationships, and closing sales. Additional tasks involve providing customer support, training clients on product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales objectives. Your role will contribute to the company's mission of delivering innovative and sustainable productivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Interpersonal Communication and building client relationships
• Strong abilities in Communication, listening, and delivering effective presentations
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and addressing client needs
• Knowledge and experience in Sales strategies and techniques
• Competency in providing Training and support to clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Prior experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus
