Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in Karnataka & Hosur based at Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and proactive engagement. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on them. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and business development of Industrial consumable products such as Bearings, Chains, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubricants etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers and address their requirements on-site. Graduates in any discipline (Diploma or Degree in Engineering is preferred) with fluency in English and the local language.
