We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Signage Production Manager to lead our production team and manage the complete production lifecycle of signage projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of signage manufacturing processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Execution: Develop

  Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, schedules, and budgets for all signage projects.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of production specialists, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.

• Resource Management:

  Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

• Quality Control:

  Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all signage products meet the highest standards.

• Vendor Management:

  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all production personnel, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.

• Client Communication:

  Effectively communicate with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Production Management, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in signage production management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of signage manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, CAD software).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
