Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage large production blocks or clusters, ensuring smooth operations and efficient manpower deployment.
  
• Collaborate closely with R&D for feasibility studies, demo batches, and implementation of new processes.
  
• Conduct equipment mapping and coordinate necessary plant modifications.
  
• Plan and execute procurement of new equipment and raw materials in coordination with the supply chain team.
  
• Work in synergy with the Engineering, Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments to maintain production flow.
  
• Lead and support the execution of scale-up batches and analyze output data for optimization.
  
• Drive improvements in raw material usage, batch cycle time, and overall process efficiency for cost reduction.
  
• Ensure the timely and accurate manufacturing of products as per customer demands and production schedules.
  
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all operations.
