Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the cake and bakery industry to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will manage the production team, ensure product consistency, maintain hygiene standards, and optimize output to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production of cakes, pastries, and bakery items.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and standard recipes across batches.
• Plan daily production schedules in coordination with the operations team.
• Manage inventory and ensure raw material availability.
• Train and monitor kitchen staff for efficiency and quality control.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with Banglore R&D for new product development and trials.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a cake/bakery production setup.
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Bakery, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Knowledge of modern baking techniques and equipment.
• Good communication and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
