Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams, including fabrication, assembly, painting, and testing.
· Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
· Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
· Collaborate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance departments for smooth plant operations.
· Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output performance metrics.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance within the plant.
· Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Manage production budgets, cost control, and inventory planning.
· Develop and mentor production supervisors and shop floor staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
