Role Manager Accounts Industry – Footwear Employment Type – Full Time Experience – More than 5 years. Education – CMA/ CA Inter/ MBA Finance / M Com Role - Understanding of the manufacturing industry, its challenges, and the financial implications of industry-specific processes. Proficiency in preparing financial statements, managing ledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, Manage the day-to-day accounting function. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to the management team. Month end activities & preparation of MIS reports, weekly and monthly Cashflow analysis. Management and control of accounts receivable, accounts payable, Inventory, treasury and payroll with accurate accounting and periodical reconciliations. Accounting and Maintaining Fixed Asset register. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, GST, Customs, Income Tax laws. Accurate and timely payment of statutory dues and submission of periodical returns – TDS, GST, ESI, PF, Co-ordination with Statutory Auditor and preparation of audit schedules for timely completion of audit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the annual budgeting process. Utilize TALLY software for efficient and accurate financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis. Work closely with the GM to maintain the financial health of the organization. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient financial procedures to enhance productivity and accuracy. Skills required - Proven work experience as an Accountant or Accounts Manager. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial management software, especially TALLY, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Solid understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management. Know how to prioritize work and have efficient reporting, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines for financial reporting and compliance. Team management skills to supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Familiarity with ESI, EPF, GST, Customs, Income Tax laws, and ability to ensure compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
