Job Summary:

Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Promote and sell products such as

  loans, credit cards, insurance, savings accounts

  , or consumer services to individuals.
• Generate leads through

  cold calling, field visits, references, and local campaigns

  .
• Follow up on leads provided by the company or sourced independently.
  

Customer Interaction

• Approach potential customers in person or over the phone to explain product features and benefits.
  
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
  
• Address basic queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  

Documentation & Processing

• Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and KYC requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
  

Sales Targets & Reporting

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
  
• Report customer interactions, leads, and conversion status to the reporting manager.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
  
• Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products (preferred)
  
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits
